Change Your Top 8 Friends to be Top 12!
This little MySpace mod is kind of tricky, but luckily there are sites that make it easy. If you're tired of showing only your Top 8 MySpace Friends on your profile, you can easily change it to as many as your want.... How Many Friends Would You Like To Display?

Myspace has since added this as built in functionality to their site.
When changing your "Top Friends" at the top you can choose how many friends you want in your TOP section.

Again, this is a style sheet change to your myspace profile.. Hopefully you know how to do that by now. If not, just poke around in my Layout entries.
HERE's THE DEAL
A lot of people were looking for a way to customize their friends list because they wanted to be able to show more than the set amout of TOP FRIENDS that myspace lets you display on your profile.
By using the Top X Generator, you will be able to add any 8 of your friends in any order you like. It will also add a comment box right under your custom friends list AND IT WILL HIDE YOUR OLD FRIENDS LIST AS WELL AS COMMENTS!. You will still be able to view and edit the comments but it wont show it on your profile. Got it?

They let you enter in all your friend information to get this puppy going and increase your TOP x friends on myspace.
Personally, I dont think its good to do and here is why:
1.) If a friend changes their name or picture, it wont be reflected
2.) It doesnt show a live count of how many friends you have
But, its your profile.... and Ive seen many of peoples myspace profiles who have already done this. So go for it, what do I care!

Myspace has actually changed their site to let you do this as a feature of your Top Friends.

i have my top 24 friends showing and i cant find out how to arrange them ... it used to say it at the bottom "edit top friends" but now it doesn't...

Hi,
my prob is a lil diff. I currently have 51 friends however when I click on the link or any one else clicks on my link it only shows 38 friends. I cant even see the others... how can I fix this... is it a system error or sumthing I did???
